Which payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal. It is the safest online payment method and provides insurance to its customers. We highly recommend obtaining a PayPal account.

How do I track my order?

After you place your order, you will receive an email confirming your order. After that email, you will receive email containing a tracking code. You will also receive additional emails reporting the status of delivery of your purchased item.

If you have a Flamingo Fred account and want to view your order history, sign into your Flamingo Fred account and click the "Order History" tab.

When will my order be shipped?

We start processing your purchased item immediately after the order has been received. Please read our Order Policy and Shipping Time Frames page for additional information.

Do you ship outside of the U.S.?

Yes, we certainly do. We ship anywhere there is a post office and where postal service is available and accessible.

How do I place an order?

To order from Flamingo Fred:

  1. Visit the product page for an item you wish to buy or search for the item
  2. Select color, size, and quantity
  3. Click "Add to Cart"
  4. When you've finished adding items to your cart, click the shopping cart icon
  5. If you need, make edits to your cart
  6. Click “Proceed to Checkout” and follow the on-screen instructions
  7. Enter and review your order information for the shipping and billing pages
  8. Remember to enter your discount code if you have one
  9. Click “Place Order” to complete your purchase 

Although it is not a must in order to make a purchase, we highly recommend to create and sign into a Flamingo Fred account  for easy order tracking and purchase history. 

How do I cancel or change my order?

We begin processing your order immediately upon receipt. For this reason, we will not be able to cancel or change your order once you have submitted it to us. If you decide you do not want the merchandise, you can return your product by mail.

What are your policies on sales tax and tax exempt orders?

Flamingo Fred has a legal obligation to collect sales tax in those states we are licensed to do business. Sales tax is calculated using the address where the product is being shipped.

If for any reason you believe you are exempt from paying sales tax, please contact Flamingo Fred and we will assist you with processing your order. Please have all the proper exemption tax information available.
